Exercise and retention management specialist, EXRM Solutions, is celebrating after scooping a 'Best Small Company' accolade.
The award, part of the Ackrill Media Group Business Awards 2005, recognises the company's commitment to - and passion for - innovation in the fitness industry, along with its entrepreneurial vision to recognise niche markets.
The business has grown at 100 per cent year-on-year, increased staff numbers from two to 25 and launched sister company, The Management Academy, which installs and manages the Wellness System in academic facilities across the UK.
EXRM specialises in health club management and member retention by training gym staff in the Technogym Wellness System. This is the only one of its kind in the UK, recognising users from a personalised key, tracking their progress and enabling them to review their results via the internet.
Commenting, MD Dominic O'Sullivan says: “The award acknowledges the hard work and joint effort of the team. Our vision for the future is to make health and fitness accessible to everyone, making it the new 'comfort food' for the next generation.”
